If you are calming a cash prize, you will need to provide us with your UK bank account number, sort code and payee name.

Once your claim has been received and validated by a member of our team, your prize money will be sent to the provided bank account within 4 hours of validating your claim.

Please note the time frame between banks vary and Cheeky HQ has no control over when you will receive your cash prize.

If you are calming a tangible prize, this will be sent via tracked delivery within 1 business day, tracking information will be sent to you once your prize has been dispatched.
